Job Description :
You’ll be the first point of contact for RNIB so it’s important that you.
have the skills to give customers an excellent experience, along with the ability to deal with calls quickly and appropriately.
In this busy role, you’ll be responsible for identifying customers’ information needs, providing basic information, advising customers about RNIB’s products and reading materials, including our digital
talking book service and processing orders and payments. With an excellent telephone manner, you’ll have effective communication skills, attention to detail and a good knowledge of computerised sales/service operations, including quality assurance systems. You should also have effective verbal and written communication skills and knowledge of Word and Excel.
