Job Description :
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our Community Living Service in Redhill, working as a member of our bank staff as and when required.
In this vital role you'll work within our registered care homes supporting individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations through person centred planning. Supporting participants to access community and leisure activities, in order to facilitate learning opportunities, is also central to the role.
With an NVQ Level 2 in care (or equivalent), you'll also have a basic understanding of National Minimum Standards relating to the Care Standards Act 2000.
In line with Standard 33.10 of the National Minimum Standards we are required legally to employ people that are at least 21 who may need to lone work.
