Job Description :
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Community Living Service based in Redhill, Surrey.
As an Integrated Support Worker you'll work within a registered care home and support individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations through person centred planning.
You will provide personal, intellectual, social, emotional and physical support to the participants and support them in accessing community and leisure activities in order to facilitate learning opportunities.
You'll have achieved or be willing to work towards NVQ level 2 in care or equivalent, and have knowledge of the needs of learning disabled or blind and partially sighted people.
